Keynote Speech on “De-centralised, hyper-personalised” cloud-based care access at “Global HR Strategies in the Greater Bay Area” forum, hosted by Shanghai Foreign Service Co. Ltd.
MiAid had pleasure to be invited as keynote speaker to the “Comprehensive Human Resources Service Planning for Enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” forum at the Shenzhen Industry Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Leaders and distinguished guests from Shanghai FSG Group, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Shenzhen Industry Research Institute, Shenzhen Human Resources Association, and the Guangzhou Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government attended the event.
The forum identified four major challenges enterprises face during overseas expansion — compliance, healthcare, talent, and digitalisation — and explored how to rely on professional and systematic services to navigate these complex global challenges.
Dr. David Pan, from the MiAid Global Health Informatics App, delivered a keynote speech on global medical human resources and the differences in healthcare systems across countries and regions. He shared strategies for enterprises to effectively allocate healthcare resources and establish employee health management systems. His presentation introduced the concept of “de-centralised, hyper-personalised” cloud-based care access, enabling executives and expatriates to access cross-border healthcare support anytime, anywhere.
As an international hub for finance, trade, and shipping, Hong Kong offers unique advantages as both a bridge to the mainland and a launchpad for global expansion. Shanghai FSG and Shanghai FSG HK plans to use the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a strategic bridgehead, strengthening linkages between Shanghai, Hong Kong, and overseas networks.
